The Customer Journey
Design
This phase defines how the interface between the customer and vaults are designed. Vault Sentinel is totally isolated from customers' production.
Implementation
The build of the customer Vault Sentinel environment and the implementation of on premise and cloud components
Transition
Vault Sentinel and our partners will work with our customers to transition to operational status
Managed Service
Instead the customer, having to create a team to operate Vault Sentinel, this can be provided as a managed services from our operations centre.
Support
Business hours, support and updates are all included in the subscription.
Rehearsals
It is imperative that recoveries are rehearsed. Vault Sentinel will work alongside the customer to rehearse the recovery or provide this as a managed rehearsal.
Red Team Blue Team
Keeping the environment up to date is key and we highly recommend red team blue team events with Vault Sentinel on the blue team.
Rapid Response
Should the customer suffer a cyber attack and decide to recover from the vault, Vault Sentinel can be right by your side, assisting in the recovery.
